The work defines who they are

From the beginning to the end of the day - and sometimes through the night into the next morning - the open markets are filled with people working. These people, although not always visible to the consumers, find who they are in their boxes and stalls, selling and caring for the food that will find its way to our table. In this series, we look for their identities by seeing how it blends with their goods, and the work defines who they are.
