Multidisciplinary sensory design creates a theatricalised space of possibility for an unregulated social experiment on proxemics and listening together. Built from re-purposed household furniture and fittings, the structure simultaneously suggests the familiar and the surreal. The binaural soundtrack, played through over-ear headphones, induces the pair of listeners into a shadowy narrative that subtly explores themes of loneliness and the power of interconnectivity, whilst emphasising the duality of being both observer and observed.
