I'm not a summer man. And this, often, affects my photography and drives me out of the house with the camera on rainy days and especially fog, which creates magic atmospheres in front of my eyes of photographer: haze, in particular, smooths the rough corners of streets and palaces, softens contours of objects and people, and metaphorically, in my oneiric imagery, smooths sharp blades that inevitably, in the course of life, crack one’s heart. A short stay in Paris allowed me to relive these atmospheres, favouring framings where the human element is inserted into the urban context and the color to better highlight the lights and the nocturnal reflections in the various chromatic facets and the warm tones of autumn seasons.
