Perpetual cycle
With this work I have pictured the Earth as origin and end of every life cycle, the place where the matter transformation-processes reside. The woman recalls Mother Earth, life-symbol linked to the fertility of soil. She is, indeed, in fetal position, and her face is willingly indefinite, fading in the background, to underline her mixing with earth, from which she originates, so as to start a new transformation in a perpetual cycle.
