Modern conflicts in western societies are not bloody warfares but economic and financial crisis that shake the states pillars, the last one spanning for almost a decade. We have not seen yet the final consequences, as new political trends emerge threatening the future. Impoverished, while wealth concentrate in just a few, the one per cent; people feel betrayed by traditional politics and they fall into populism, nationalism, racism and violence.
