The French farmer Cèdric Herrou is leading a battle for human rights in defiance of the French law in the name of civil and human justice beyond legality sometimes inhuman. Since August 2016 hosted and helped hundreds of migrants, many of them minors, on the border between Italy and France, and for this reason he has been on trial risking up to five years in prison. In this shot he is looking for identity cards of migrants who have taken refuge in one of the railway tunnels where poor travelers stop for days hidden in the dark, risking their lives, as happened a few weeks ago to a young Eritrean killed by a regional train.
