The presentation of my publications as a poet and writer, suggested me to approach a self-taught visual art. Be free from constraints, teachings, knowledge, but under a strong push to use art as communication, has enabled me to research, study, use: materials, tools, ideas that allowed me to give the written word, an innovative visual configuration , less restrictive, more engaging, perceptible and usable, thus beginning my work I have called "three-dimensional lyricism." Although the poems do not find such a widespread use, I think that the ability to process and synthesize a concept in art, as in poetry, is a powerful and symbolic means of visual and communicative impact. Give tangible meaning to the words, turning them into concrete objects, visual, palpable, facilitates and strengthens the understanding, stimulating interest and widening the perceptual possibilities. Some of my works were created only to be used on the covers of my books, thus combining different artistic expressions. This is a process, which sees the reverse process, that is, the visual art return to the origin from which it was left, that is to say the writing.
grattapensiero
The "Grattapensiero" work is the vertical transposition, like a skyscraper, of our thoughts, with all their sides, facets, structuring, overlays, whose designer and builder, is our brain, which is located at the top. All designs are made to the computer and then pasted into a non-linear, just like the irregularity of our ideas, and fixed on frames placed one on the other, like pillars, the peculiarities of the different meanings of black and white. The absence of windows and / or openings underlines how often we turn inward to our needs, in the firm conviction of their truth, without looking outside, where the comparison, exchange learning, are the real proponents of growth, change, maturity .
ESPERIENZE
About a wood panel covered with a silver foil, a symbol of a beautiful world, clean, shiny, a layering of color bands, starting with black on the bottom, representing the evil, pain, death. Afterwards, different color tones dripping down on each other, signifying the different life experiences that intertwine, intersect, are added together, are combined. red lines of different lengths, will flow and spread through the air in an irregular manner, through the wings, to signify the blood, the suffering, the pain that mark life. A black line from right to left in size diametrically all the colored bands and ends in the lower one black, to mean death. A hole on the panel stresses that certain experiences indelibly pierce the path of life. The inscription made with a wire, tough, durable, you can bend, as our being that adapts to the changes, but it may crack, quotes a sentence to explain and reinforce the meaning of the work: HOW TO EXPERIENCE Solcano TIME AND mark life. In the frame of the color bands do not coincide demonstrating that our emotions do not always identify with those of the world around us.
DOPPIA PERSONALITÀ
The work is in black and white to represent the two opposing and contrasting facets of our personality. Consists in the elaboration of a plexiglass panel in which there are two busts with mask on the face, in the center two profile faces and on a small support, a clay sculpture, made by the artist, for half white and half black. The white and black spots of color are to signify the presence of pollution in each of the different personalities. The work rests on a ground support, which the front of a mirror, which recalls the process more and more prevalent comply, reflecting itself in the other, on which there is the phrase: We FREE OUR REAL PERSONALITY by trained IDENTITY
RAGNATELA
Hands in clay, on a plexiglass base, supporting a spider web, calling the action and the perfect function of the work of a spider in nature. The sculpture is the visual transposition of one of my poems, written on the hands, to exemplify and make explicit the meaning: "In the wire suspended the action of braided transparency to mark the importance of the canvas. of deception trap ingenious intricate path that reached salvation in knowing thread ".
RAINBOW
Inspired by one of my poems, the work is really the fusion of two materials, which when cooled with water, have given different shapes, then use to form a landscape that is well suited to the poetic text: "L ' iris ARCO SULL'ETERA stretches TIME AND SILVER DROP ON METAL WORLD TURNS OFF ".
M'ILLUMINO DI POESIA
The work consists of a bust of a mannequin, in which is inserted a holder with their shade and a pair of shoes, all covered by sheets of printed paper to computer with poems and phrases of the artist himself, that being a poet , well fit into the context, strengthening the peculiarities of the message. The texts written about people in the whole of their being, human existence in its various components, forms, modes. The support of the lamp passes through the torso to signify how the human being even limbless, the physical media, parts of their bodies, may be able, as a whole, to perform their functions, through the energy that has inside, and how this may be a source of illumination for himself and for the other. The shade represents the head, which contains the potential to receive the energy to be transformed into brightness, in ideas. The presence of the shoes complete the work to represent the journey of life, the need to move to see, to know, to understand. A work that beyond the multiple meanings that encloses, becomes a furnishing modern, colorful, bright, new and different.
60 ANNI DI TELEVISIONE
A TV monitor covered with sheets of paper printed with a photo from your computer on the television, on which are placed my sentences referring to the importance and the role it has had in 60 years of television programming. The base is made of wood covered in the same way, on which is placed an arm holding a remote control pointing to the audience to ask the question of who has the "real" power of "choice." I wanted to give the appearance of a face with big eyes and ears, as the sight and hearing senses are the main architects of the meaning of the work in question, to draw attention to the pros and cons of a means of communication such as television, on the occasion of the anniversary of its first 60 years.
SIMILITUDINI
The work was inspired by a poem of the author himself, who wanted to give visibility to the concept contained in it, through the use of everyday objects, such as the egg, which is well suited to explain the meaning, just for its characteristics, or the particular fragility exterior and the great importance of its content. The pyramidal stratification of society, the role, race, defects, differences of color, language, culture, are elements that can not change who we are. "They are our faults, our weaknesses, our physical and mental differences, differences of race, culture and social, our imperfections that make us similar, in the fragility of our outward appearance and in the richness of our content", is the poetic text added to clarify and reinforce the message that the author wants to convey in order to facilitate the key to understanding and interpretation of the conceptual meaning. The case of plexiglass as well as complete and make visible the work, meant to represent the transparency of our being, despite the vain attempts to mask or hide it.

UMIDO CONFORTO (autoritatto)
My first work, a self-portrait in pencil on cardboard, inspired by a poem, written in two tears coming down her face. Magnifying glass, applied to read text, has also the meaning of wanting to look within to know each other better.
DE ON TEMPO (di un tempo)
One of my poems in dialect written on an old cutting board for polenta, supported by the clay hands, and some objects to recall the traditions of the rural world to be. Among the clear plexiglass floor on which the work and the black support always plexiglass, are inserted dry leaves and straw in memory of a spent past.
MONDO VIRTUALE - VIRTUAL WORLD
The work consists of a computer keyboard on wood panel, which in the keys, instead of letters, quotes a sentence in theme with the message that the author intends to send. All around, the arrows in white polystyrene reported words of a positive sense, as it addressed the opening to the outside, while the black arrows pointing inwards to signify the downside, the closure in themselves. The sentence says: PEOPLE takes refuge in a VIRTUAL WORLD TO ESCAPE FROM THE REAL WORLD. The choice of black and white color is intended to highlight the significance that have these colors to represent the two opposites, such as: the good and the bad, the bad and the ugly, courage and fear, etc.
SERENO AVVENIRE
The work is the visual transposition of one of my poems, the text of which has been included to carry out and strengthen the message contained therein. The metals used were chosen for their respective characteristics, since they are intended to give a similar configuration with the different represented human faces, implementing explicitly, the concept that one wants to express. Ability to reflect, mirror, blend, blend, bend, secure, long-term durability, such as the role of being the land, which in the light of the future, finds the strength, the energy, to give continuity.
INSCINDIBILE LEGAME
In different, distant and varied features that characterize the exterior of the human race, the author wishes to emphasize the concept of the bond that unites us and makes us like. The phrase is inserted to clarify and reinforce the meaning.
PATCHWORK OF LOVE
A collage of paintings with acrylic sheets of paper on which are written by hand of love poems by the same author, to form a patchwork quilt that houses, protects, warms, in the enveloping union of love.
PELLE
The photo is an artist self-timer. In the background his name, and body wrote a poem titled SKIN, to mark the intrinsic meaning inherent in it. The frame consists of four skins (synthetic) of different animals, to emphasize and reiterate the importance and the concept of skin, such as container and board, on which life and affects leaves, the indelible signs of its passage.

Some photos of sheets drawn computers, for the work done with the same "Grattapensiero" technique, where evolution and change can be found in: "60 years of television" and "M'illumino poetry", with ' insertion of color assembly of various components, to achieve a work that, beyond the multiple meanings that the poems contain, becomes a modern furnishings, colorful, bright, original, new and different.
Materiali diversi
unusual materials (sometimes unobtainable in Italy), mixed techniques, different instruments, coming to clarify a meaning also in the frame, designed not so much support, but belonging to and completion of the work itself. In fact, many works have had their cue from the peculiarity of the frame, which lent itself to the idea that you wanted to express conceptual, where the central subject itself becomes, content and container. The preference for the three-dimensionality is suggested by my vision of the world, in which nothing in nature is flat, smooth, even thoughts.
IL FILM DELLA VITA -THE FILM OF LIFE
The work was inspired by a poem of the author himself, who wanted to put into the picture message contained in it, with the aim of making explicit and reinforce the meaning. A plexiglass frame filled with movie films for children, adults and other still to be recorded, in its content and transparency, want to accentuate and complement the concept that is intended to express, giving the work an aspect of originality, novelty and visibility in 'artistic expression of visual poetry. On the back are installed LEDs, slowly changing color, give the typical effect of the soft light of a cinema.
MASCHERE
The work titled MASKS inspired by a poem of mine and has four black canvases, on which are painted different subjects to represent the meaning of the theme, exemplified and reinforced with a poetic text, the author himself, placed in 'latest design. The frame is Plexiglas, which were included masks to complete the work, to signify and emphasize how often wear a mask to remain anonymous and / or to hide our true personality.
cristallina creatura
The work is a tribute to the wonderful world of winter reality, where snow, transported from the colorful train of fantasy, become candor, poetry, magic, in the splendor of a pleasant town of the lake. A fairytale landscape, enclosed in a transparent frame of plexiglass, filled with artificial snow, which offers serenity, joy, pleasure, warmth.
DESIRE
On a canvas are painted mouths happen in a storm while enjoying cherries, with the last to express the satisfaction of desire. It is a symbolic expression of the desire that is left free interpretation. The frame plexiglass to mean the evidence, the liveliness, the urge release of drives, desires, aspirations, dreams, etc. It is filled with cherries, fruit that by definition it is said that one leads to another, to represent how life is a transparent container, nicely visible, despite attempts to hide our desires. To reinforce this concept at the rear were installed LED lights, which ensure a work night vision, putting it into prominence. A work which I believe represents a new style of innovation in the choice of the frame, which is part and complete the work itself and gives a modern look, colorful, different, original. The choice of design and technique with the addition of silicon, highlights the color and shape with respect to the linearity of the background.

A city painted with coffee in a frame of coffee beans to represent the meaning of this widespread drink, liquidity expression of this company, how the changes in society are increasingly cast, fast.
UNA VITA
Of soap pieces of glued marseilles on a wooden panel, in a succession where their dimensions are scaled down with use, paraphrasing the same concept of life, which in its path, is consumed, to give new life. The poetic phrase to underscore and highlight the message contained therein.

The knowledge of the psychological aspects, the interest in the great social issues, human values, the sense of reality and experience, are the building blocks upon which the foundation of my work. Concepts are not always easily accessible, often far from artistic influences and market, but intriguing deep in their expressive content, which allowed a peculiar connotation, diverse and original of my art. Always with the same spirit of independence, was born "Word Art", which in addition to the intention to deepen and expand my knowledge on the art world, with the foregone conclusion of the inevitable outcome of the contamination that characterizes the controversial facets , was to give expression to new possibilities for artists, trying to offer them opportunities dropped by the conditions that regulate this area.

Some types of sutures to represent the different seams, to close the physical wounds, but not the psychological ones. The poetic text by the same author, who is also a poet, to clarify and reinforce the message. CITY OF PEACE
A city of the future in its shapes, colors, sizes, located right in recalling the beauty and colors of landscapes and climates exotic, a response to the growing need for better living conditions, and different requirements for the next generation. A message of hope for young people, who are always looking for safety, tranquility, serenity, peace, in an environment made of light, heat, harmony, color, relaxation, healthy and capable of giving new emotions, and sensations sought, contrary to the relentless process of globalization. The liveliness and color brilliance of skyscrapers, merge with the immensity of blue sky, to demonstrate ability and opportunity to clear visions and far, and with the splendor of a sunset, which attracts horizons harbingers of confidence and positive expectations . The choice of frame deep, rugged, old, but deliberately renewed in color, signifying modes and new willingness to adapt to change, want to give a sense of modernity, of certainty, of overcoming the fears that often prevent us from seeing the three-dimensionality of things, flattening linearly.

The Red and the Black dripping in the background signify the color of blood and death, tones more and more present in our violent society and sexist. Amid a coated doll newspaper articles bearing cases of femicide in Italy. On the black frame, written with red, stand out of print titles of episodes of violence against women in the world, to show how this phenomenon is so widespread in many cultures.
