If you look closely to the privateer type guy he is holding a radio where Hero de Janeiro is written as Maison Close means the woman is under control and needs liberation.

These flamingos were photographed at Laguna Colorada in Bolivia. The graffitied sentence means: Animals are my friends and I do not eat my friends. I think it perfectly fits not only with my street expressions collage but with such an actual issue.
