The art work was born form the necessity of destroying an object which has always brought political and social conflicts in our world. how can someone erase this object and at the same time keep their own culture alive? The video was filmed in the island where the refugee crisis is much present, in the island of Lesvos, in Greece. In the background we can see the departure point of the refugees, the Turkish coast. The wind is a form of liberation, a mean of survival but also a form which brings about the death of the people who flee from a place of war.
