Mixed technique on aluminum plate.
Dimensions: 26 x 40 to the plate, the entire installation has varying measures.
The installation lends itself to different exhibition hypothesis, in fact the 22 aluminum plates may give rise to multiple configurations. The work travels through the world of Semitic writing symbols, their function and their underlying meaning. Each sign is an archetype, each track connects us to something else, each character is a world unto itself and all together are part of an infinite path. The work focuses on the idea that each letter-image can be commuted.
Preferably the installation's reading mode goes from right (the first sign, the origin) to the left (the portal). The spaces between one character and another give rise to additional interpretive ideas.
For many years the artist has embarked on a path of study that has led her to develop in hers works an essential symbolic language. Her works made with different techniques represent ancestral abstract forms.
