This is a tribute to the Mission "World War II Families for the Return of the Missing (WWRM), recently happened to recover, after 70 years, what remains of the fallen airmen during the Second World War.
The Seagull birds represented in the artwork are a graphic elaboration of different pictures, I took from different perspectives of the original airscrew of the aircraft classified as a B-24 belonging to the 449th Bomb Group , nicknamed the Dumbo II and crashed on January 30, 1944 in the lagoon of Grado (Italy).
