Vertigo

Vertigo

'Vertigo' is made by the juxtaposition of 9 pairs of scanned objects printed on rough paper. They are scanned as it was possible to make an x-ray of domestic objects through a digital scanner in order to see what's inside them, their impossible 'truth'.

'Vertigo' shows pairs of objects that are apparently threatening each other. They symbolically represent domestic violence not as the violence happening at home but the violence that becomes a filter through which you see reality.
This collection of pairs of objects wants to stress that violence is something already domestic, something that is part of our lives, that we know and maybe we even trust.
