This encaustic wax is a new medium for me. It is in between two and three dimensional - painting and sculpting at the same time! The translucence and layering of the wax is an exacting and interesting process.

Wonderfull piece:the sun ,with its light power,is the main player and it compells all the other players (the body,the clothes,the shoes,the glasses...)to answer to its power with a great vitality .A painting full of light and reach of life!
