amneris

From Aida, opera by Giuseppe Verdi, inspired a cycle of works called "princesses", the main theme of the project is the contrast between the two female figures Ethiopian princess Aida and Amneris, the daughter of Pharaoh. Both love the same man, an Egyptian army captain Radames, and as such torn between love for Aida and fidelity to the Pharaoh, which returns all the interest of Amneris.
