Bosque isotrópico ( Isotropic Forest )

"Bosque isotrópico" (Isotropic forest) (2015) is a mosaic of 110 photos that make up a repetitive narration about the passage of time, with nods to the series of "Microworld", (2012) previous work. In this condensation from the cold during the night, raindrops collected all vibration of the light, that all wrapped in a mantle of fantastic and water: fluidity and again, metamorphosis. They are the essence of something, in addition to reflection, are the passing of matter, of life contained in the ice. Its molecular appearance, particles and atoms in motion, return us to a cryonic world . This cold that accentuates the harshness of winter, is spawn that spring, hatch again again.
Recently presented work has been exhibited at Koldo Mitxelena Cultural Center in San Sebastian and one of the project work is currently finalist in Venice in Photissima Art Prize Venice 2015.

"Nature is for me a place of observation, where I investigate the natural phenomena I address in my work, where I explore the unconscious, a matter which draws my attention due to the symbolic representations that can be found there. What is individual is diluted in the essence and the collective whole.

In my work, which is focused on different techniques and languages, I avoid the final result to find first and foremost the participation of the spectator as the most important element. Therefore, photographs, intallations, video creations, drawings and sounds are created not only to activate and cause reactions in the human being, but also to explore the limits of the exhibition space as a test tube of new ways of communication through objects and pieces I produce.

For me, nature represents an example of the two tracks I am interested in, a reflection around the human being and also a place where my artistic processes investigate the relationship with the spectator"
