Heart Burger

"Heart Burger" - When I was a child, on the walls of an old butcher, I have watched carefully a painting depicting the different cuts of meat of a cow and I wondered where was the heart. It was not shown, let alone I could never find depicted in other illustrations in books, manuals butcher and nowadays the internet. I felt it was right to debunk this "taboo".
