TREMENDOUS

TREMENDOUS is a dense collection of stories, reenactments, and performances about the experience of being overwhelmed. Each scenario was conceived of in collaboration with visitors during a 10 week residency/exhibition at Recess in New York City. Organized around the principle of a tidal wave the video starts off with a light playfulness but slowly gains emotional weight and momentum with each scenario.
