Epistolare/Correspondence. The title is already opening words to meaning (the mental image we have of that word) is not significant (the sequence of phonemes or graphemes of a word) of this work, it is a canvas painted with a mixed technique that includes plaster, paint and ink, rather than painting we are talking about writing. The desire to write a letter as well as a single object, a letter never sent, never written a message, a message which then becomes unreadable or simply incomprehensible, but in any case written. The poetry of this work traces the contemporary communication difficulties, in fact, the search for a new writing is elected by the material, which in turn stimulates more than the sight of the touch inviting us to reflect on what is happening in contemporary writing more and more virtual and less paper but at the same time more and more virtual and less real. In the pretentiousness of a recovery of consciousness in my experiments, as in this work, I try simply painting a new, designed and made of materials with high strength, tired of being single view, wanting to be touched.
