Why Photographic Abstraction?
Simply to get to the essence of things, removing all superfluous and misleading adjuncts.
A different way of conceiving reality, placing the one which is hidden, invisible, not easily adaptable to our vision, or rather to the way we want to see the world (from the simplest things, closest to us, to the Infinite as a pure concept) before the apparent, obvious one. A transgression from reality to reach another one – truer, more real.
Seeing the invisible, imagining the visible, conceptualising the extant.
