Should be in every corner- what?
of process. Hence: No work is ever in a state of absolute perfection or
completion. Art is rather about sequences that, taking into account
intrinsic and external processess, define the state of my art. A piece
of art grows by itself.
My imperative is to create (poetic-chaotic) worlds on canvas, which I
understand as a neutral and independent base for painting, playing with
and about different materials. These worlds unite my understanding of
urban art space with spontaneously or intentionally placed
graphical/pictorial elements. There is no emphasis on any one element -
they are arbitrary, yet interconnected.
The character/figure operates in my action and creation playing a/the
decisive role - she is protagonist, relation to being and finally to the
I. I strive to keep her as neutral as possible in order to dispossess
her of personality - yet not of the I in itself.
I understand painting - and thereby action - as a process of Now. I do
not attach any importance on conservation and/or life-prolonging measures.
