This single photographic work is part of a photo/text series called “Invisible”. In this series I have depicted myself as a participant in portraits that typically represent youth, beauty, sex, and consumerism. I am interested in exploring themes of invisibility as they apply to the homogeneity of slick consumer images. And also to what extent the image erases the depth and nuance of personality.
