Dicotomia

The frames show, moments, gestures belonging to the idea of ​​transformation, change of status and material metamorphosis. The discard and flaking are the necessary premise to the realization of the creative process. All these factors make the idea of artistic practice as a continuous process of manipulation, where the minimal gesture testifies to the exaggeration of the result. The frames become so many and possible objectification, moments stopped by an inevitable cycle that suggest-death-as the possibility of new life. the installation consists of a series of stills from video works filmed in the years 2001-2013.
