Could It Be You
Couples represented by a photographic black and white portrait of each individual partner. In the middle of the triptych the graphical merger of the personal DNA of both partners to a worldwide unique genetic symbol. Photographic and genetic Portrait therefore become a symbol of a distinctive constellation of two humans.
It is an artistic long-term project in collaboration with Franz Neuhuber in which we want to find the photographic and genetic patterns of couple relationships.
Our project also includes the critical question about a possible mate selection among genetically-scientific conditions in the near future, thereby creating the seemingly optimal conditions for a partnership.
