Noli Tangere

The original red-haired female figure - Noli Tangere – is a recurring element of Zsud’s artistic visual language. The purpose of each work is for art to live on, to generate thoughts, and thus to become a symbol of rebirth as new work and thoughts. This painting is the original design; its Latin name translates as Touch-me-not. Subtle and reserved, diffident and extremely passionate; the pain and fire of resignation are both expressed in this work.
