The video shows the present town planning situation in the majority of provincial cities (especially russian cities), on the example of the image of a masterplan of the Russian city Yaroslavl.
Great work but Ipersonally would have preferred something like a bit of Messian or Schmitke or even old Stockhausen for that matter ,the popular street music near the end brings it down a bit.But its the right direction .
