Women in Saudi are not allowed to drive a car, nor ride a bicycle.In April, a new rule by an Islamic organisation in Saudi came out. Women were allowed to ride a bicycle. But, not for the purpose of transportation. Riding a bicycle was only allowed for the purpose of having fun. Wearing a "decent" clothes, and with the presence of a "guardian."
