L'albero della vita
This painting is part of my pictorial research about the "Metamorphosis" I'm doing for some years.
This study is based on my research on the mutations of the human being and its habitat caused by exasperated use of modern technology. This has aspects that make me to predict a dark future for humans either for that regards phisical mutation that mental ones.
In this case, the parallelism of human life with that of a plant may represent the positive part of the Metamorphosis. The life cycle of a tree compared to that of man. A loop made according to nature, which is accepted with serenity and respect, everything that life and nature gives us and sometimes it takes away.
