The frames were designed with the use of 2D and 3D software, the various components have been then printed, cutted and assembled with the Japanese technique “pepakura”
Each panel is composed of three parts:
- A frame
- A background design printed on semi-transparent paper
- A figure in the foreground separated from the background and supported by a black frame that rests on the main.
Each of these paintings is the result of a digital processing of the painting "The Scream by Munch" of which share the same background and on which have been added new subjects and details in relation to the figure in the foreground.
The themes of the work are fear, terror and anguish, emotions interpreted by characters from films and animated series, screaming chased from their worst nightmares or their bitter enemies.
