Il varco

With my art I am trying to harness color in a logical and rational order. The starting point in my art is a drawing, a sketch that is re-elaborated by a graphical modeling computer program. In this way, I create vector grids made up of lines and tangent curves, sort of geometric shapes which are then transferred on to canvas. From this ordered structure, I realize a dense network of aligned colors. The results in a kind of labyrinth created injecting acrylic color on the canvas through an injection syringe needle, a technique called "injection painting". Using this technique, I outline dynamic surfaces consisting of changing effects that change depending on the light.
