Blinding Plan

Video, Portrait, Political / Social, Short film, 7:4
I started from a very simple idea, taking pictures in museums of contemporary art, then digitally erasing the works on display.
What remains in the picture is the sheer effect of displacement of people in front of contemporary art.
This implies blatantly that between audience and contemporary people, there is still a long gap to be bridged.
Secondly, people very often seem to go to the museum just to say "I've been there!," like when we take photos next to a monument on the street. But then one doesn't think at all of what this monument really means. More so today, when museum buildings are more likely to be artwork in themselves.
