IL SANGUE DELLA FEDE
This combination of glass meld, copper, and iron is one of the first fusions experimented by the artist Francesco Porzio.
In his work of art, the erupting Vesuvius is incorporated in a bubble of glass, almost like an attempt to neutralize the horrifying danger and immortalize the beauty and fascination of mother nature. Looks like a game of amber that prolongs life and prevents the oblivion. And there is more, there is the magic hand of the saint called GENNARO that holds the miracle of life. Under His protection the city can rest in peace under the fuming crater of Vesuvius.
