The global process is dissipative and the universe slips while the energy is dispersed, in exactly the same way as the information contents: a small part of the tangled web spun by the deterioration of the universe. This behaviour, which obeys the Second Law of Thermodynamics (mentioned in the title with the definition given by the chemist and physician P.W. Atkins) can give rise to spatial figures. The sequence simulates, with irony, what happens when a computer crashes and produces non-recoverable and non-printable images; yet, each of them brings out the original and consistent spatial structures. In other words, "when chaos generates something like art" the entropy measures its hidden information.
