Sinfonia in Acqua

The project consists of a work music video and a photo exhibition. The work has been specially composed in sync with about 400 images, mounted in dynamic and literary recitations extracted from the book The Stream of Elise Reclus, great nineteenth century French geographer. The exhibition consists of 30 or 60 images, which are also accompanied by the text of Reclus and mathematical formulas (meeting between poetry and science) that explain the same phenomenon illustrated by the images and described by the sentences.
The main theme of the project is the discussion of the metaphor of human life in the water cycle, through an artistic journey that engages the senses, with a network of connections and perceptions, through the fusion between music and image, poetry and science.
The work is the result of ten years of original photographic reportage, specially composed a symphony, literary and scientific research and two years of working with musicians, photographers, videographers, actors.
The installation could be accomplished by screening room, or alternatively on video, in addition to a space for the display of photos.
