Rude Land

Along with a rural dimension which preserves the sincere expression of his original characters, the territory highlights the fragility of a system that seems built for a sum of heterogeneous and disjointed portions: a composition of specific individual entities satellite declination of episodes aimed at entrepreneurial self. The overlap of the traces officers governing the structure and character of the area is, therefore, combines with a distribution of discordant elements, broken down into the landscape units, each capable of communicating through its own language. A complex organism that in its development, however, tends to overcome gradually the size of the local ground up to project on the wider global dynamics.
I decided to direct my photographic research on the faces of those who live in the area “semi-rural” Savignano around, looking in their eyes watching for changes in progress.
Ironically I have subtitled this work, Rude Land.
