Through the water you can see what normally is hided in the continuous fluid. Hence, it is the liquid on its own, which becomes a true material inside of a hybrid medium that is the video. It’s not enough for me to keep “out” and to observe from outside but I want to get into the tracks and feel their possible story left by an anonymous object. These traces, which you can find outside of the water, bring me to one of my vision and personal experience that the fluid is able to raise. The liquid is not only a wrap, which covers the body since the beginning, but it is besides an element that keeps always changeable in a continuous movement. Because of its capacity of transformation and adaptation, the water is becoming the skin of the hybrid that means of the video itself. By touching this thin limit, images of light and shadow get formed, but then it is the moment of meeting, which reveals the existing of things.
By avoiding a place you can touch things in between where borders do not exist. My wish to feel less national borders carries me on to a place where people do not feel strangely because they all know that they come from the same material: the liquid.
