The title derives from fhe last sentence of the italian children song corresponding to ring-around-the-rosy:casca la terra tutti giù per terra.The sentence means"the Heart falls down, we all fall down". There's a little difference in meaning with the English song, and I'd like to give a different interpretation of it: the future of the people and of the Earth is clearly linked.
