Inner Struggle

From the new WARPAINT! series, depicting super-human avatar-like women gifted
with special powers. The artist seeks to capture feminine emotions which become
the adornment of the women depicted. Always with a hand gesture, always with the
signature dynamic hair and always with some creature or animal which is significant.
In this case its the ability to project an air of total calmness whilst within there is
turmoil and struggles. The coy carp symbolises struggle whilst the mudra hand gesture is personal to the artist.
