OMGoddess!

inspired by emotions, this painting embodies, power, yet vulnerability, juxtaposing and contradicting the emotions is part of what the artist is trying to achieve with her new series of works entitled, WARPAINT. OMGoddess is adorned with little else than a few threads yet she is able to retain her assertiveness. Painted initially on the flat, Sarah's paintings always allow the women she paints to "appear" as if by magic from the canvas. It is only when the woman arrives as a ghost that the painting is then paced on the easel to finalise.
