"A rose is a rose" is a famous phrase from Gertrude Stein. The meaning is not entirely clear. It may mean that things are what they are, and then a rose is a rose, or, in the case of my artwork, that what you see is only a means to convey my emotions to the viewer the picture. Or is it just a picture painted with a rose.
