Two hundred years ago, in 1812, was published the first edition of The Tales of the Brothers Grimm.
To celebrate this anniversary, the Goethe-Institut presents Grimmland, a project that investigated the
role of the fairy tale in our society: how changed our relationship with the size fairytale?
which are now our time "fairy tale"? fairy tales are still valuable tools to decode the
complexity of existence? With theater, exhibitions, meetings with writers, film, competitions and much
more, Grimmland will make you rediscover the relevance of a book that is world cultural heritage
and bring you back to magical places, where all we have gone and where it is nice to be able to return.
