Falling in Love

Maria Edit Antal´s attitude towards her art is practical, grounded in her physical, emotional and spiritual body. She works with organic movement through her body in relationship with dayly life and painting. Scince 2006 M. E. Antal has been studying extatic dance; the 5Rhythms and Movement Medicine. She is interested in breaking through illussions and belief systems to reach deeper truths of her core self, that which she is manifesting in her painting. One way of describing her vision is to quote Deleuze (1925-1995): “Grass grows from the middle and not from the bottom or the top".
