MY PHOTOGRAPHIC DIARY, May 19 2008

This image is part of a long term project: MY PHOTOGRAPHIC DIARY. As the title itself says, the project is a personal diary in images. In february 2008 I started shooting one self-portrait per day, and I went on until february 2009. I wanted to see how my face could change from one day to another, and if it was possible to understand, from one single shot, which was the emotion of the day. The idea of shooting an image of myself everyday for 12 months comes mostly from the will of talking about the routine of everyday life, and of its little and subtle emotions.
