ATOPICA

Through my own experiences I aimed to create a project that talks about psychosomatic conditions and the way in which the body can communicate with the mind. Despite the sometimes violent nature of the body's attempts to communicate, the non verbal language it uses can be incredibly beautiful.
The images are an attempt to present the aspect of beauty within this communication and how understanding the somatic language can provide a new way of looking at the body and ourselves.
