Masaccio, draws a parallel
between the Contemporary
society and the Renaissance
society.
Despite the progress and the
cultural evolution of the
Reinassance period, the
ferocity of representation in
Masaccio’s work underlines
the violence of the time.
“Donkey Kong on the cross” is
intended to demonstrate the
ambivalence between good
and evil, that the development
of technology and knowledge
has brought into our
Information society.
