Contemporary ": a post-industrial and apocalyptic context of the 21st century, where to cling to the dead Christ (fragment of the painting," The Fall of Christ "by Anthonie Van-Dick of 1634) are four women, three in niqab (" Three Rissani woman with Bread ", photo by Irving Penn in 1971) and one wearing an" abnormal burqa ": the Burqa-Yankee.
This is a symbolic hybrid: the fusion and confusion of two opposing symbols; on the one hand, the United States flag represents American capitalist liberalism and the yankee dream, on the other hand, the burqa represents Islamic chauvinistic fundamentalism and the regime of the Taliban.
In the background, in the upper left, among the finds of industrial archeology, is visible the "Pietà" (sculpture by Michelangelo Buonarroti of 1498-99); while in the right back of the picture the text is read in Hebrew: Golgota, that is, the place of the skull.
