"Sensi II"

My painting is charaterized by an elusive sign, made with different materials; the shape is linear and the colour conveys the perception of the fleetingness of images portraying unknown faces and the protagonists of unknown stories.
The vagueness and materialization effect of the images recalls the ichnography of a lot of holy and ancient art and it reminds of a sort of christian “ Memento Mori”.
It is a sort of “ Memmorial Art”, close to the Wunderkammer and the Relic Rooms.
In this art we can read the testimonial eloquence of the relics, that become trace of reality and lived life.
