Site specific project that takes place in two phases. The first phase the cotton red thread (3,80 m) is located in suspension through the inside space and the sky outside the window. In the second phase the windows of the home inner space are obscured by the black pvc. The pvc is perforated at the top and through the small holes, the sunlight emphasizes the atmospheric dust. This process is documented by a video with the lcd display positioned under the cotton red thread.
The work represents the route of the atmospheric dust during the transit inside the home inner space. The route is represented by the red thread that born in suspension outside the open window . I mean the air and all that is contained in the space but we perceive as empty; like a “fluid” to give the idea of a substance, such as the water, in which we are immersed. This substance, that fills the apparent emptiness, is full of contents indeed, that is highlighted by this project. Every odor, sound, particles, float and go across for long or short distances, more and less visible. My intervention purpose to visualize, with the aim to take consciousness, this content otherwise invisible.
