All'infinito
Infinity - 2011
Glazed terracotta bas-relief
iron frame - 270 x 80 cm
Infinity of Giulio Perfetti
The work is an installation sculpture, composed of white glazed earthenware plates that form the mathematical symbol for infinity. In some of them have been shaped human figures representing the perpetual motion of life in its endless succession of ages and seasons. Among them stands a traveler stopped in the act of the urine, the anti-globalization Bellente speaking to new generations and invites them to reject the indifference of the proceeding, to listen to their needs against the rampant conformism that cancels cultural diversity.
