Terms & Conditions to join 'Deserting Reality'

These terms were published Monday 4 May 2015.
Last day to enter is Wednesday 15 July 2015 (extension announced on 30 June).

Art 1 - Theme
Curators are looking for work which reflects the ways in which technology is creating a world of mediated experience, which has changed the traditional relationship between human beings and the environment in which they live.
In our daily lives, two planes intersect and seem to have become inseparable, the real and the virtual. This union profoundly modifies relational modes which now require constant interfacing.
What are the effects on our ability to maintain relationships with other people? Which are the factors in this new, mediated world which alter relationships between human beings and their environment?

Art 2 - Single work or project
It’s possible to freely submit, either a single work or a project which contains up to 10 images, in any media or combination of media (for example, painting, photography, digital graphics, sculpture, installation, art-design, web art, etc),  created in the last 36 months. The exhibition of 10 selected works or projects will be curated by Officina Temporanea who will take into account the space available and the characteristics of each work.
